I'm so sorry its been such a long time since my last post!
My mother (aka Psycho) was in the hospital again (critical care - again) and my brother just recently flew her back to California. Thank the gods!!
Work is still crazy, I'm dealing with month end/quarter end/fiscal year end - commissions and bonuses. So suffice it to say that dealing with over 125 sales reps is no fun! BLAH!!
Other than that, life hasn't been too bad :) Still reading a lot, working my book a little bit at a time.
Ok, so this weekend I really needed to get my hair trimmed. Its short, but had been growing out and driving me crazy!
So not only did I get it much shorter, but got it dyed as well. I have not dyed my hair in about 10 years! So the main part is now this pretty red/brown color, kind of like Cayanne Pepper. The bangs a blue black with the ends being red :)
Very Anime type of style.
But I love it! I will need to get a pic of it taken and uploaded :)

So my husband and I are FINALLY going on a vacation in June. We had our 7 year anniversary yesterday, which was nice :) Watched Eragon, and having read the book it felt like so much was skipped! But still a good movie.
For the vacation, this will be the third in 7 years, the first 2 we went to visit family out of state, but this time - YEAH - we're going to Sanibel for a week to just relax.
Raven will be turning 6 the week before, and school will also be out, so I'm hoping for a nice quite, though fun, time collecting shells and making sand castles.
Work, is well work. Have I mentioned I hate doing commissions??? I was hired to be a sales analyst, but ended up calculating/researching/everything else related to commissions. ICK. If I never had to do commissions again, I would seriously happy!
I'm also trying to get pregnant again, Raven has been tormenting me for a little brother AND little sister. He loves babies and little kids, which I think is just too cute for a 5 1/2 yr old boy. We were out eatting a couple of weeks ago when he asked "Are you pregnant yet?" And then last weekend, at like 7 am, he started to rub my tummy and said "you're going to have a baby" when I asked him why, he said "because you're getting fat". Yeah, thanks for that! Go ask Daddy to make your breakfast! About a month before that happened, he told me to "go to the doctor and get a baby" Where does he come up with this stuff?? So not pregnant yet, but its fun trying :)
We went to Ren Faire at Quiet Waters Park yesterday, it's the last weekend that its here.
The Brat (aka, my almost 6 year old son) had a lot of fun on all the different rides. Not to mention constantly trying to find anything related to Dragons, as he would put it, to add to his collection.
I picked up this incredible beautiful wood carved leaf bowl, bigger than my hand size. The wood colors is so unique, I just had to get it.
What is even better, is that Mediaeval Baebes was there! I absolutely love their music!
We only went 2 times this year, but it was fun each time, exhausting, and thankfully not too expensive!
